gemstonebeads.co.in is an online market place for buyers
and seekers of precious/semi-precious gemstones, gemstone beads,
and Silver beads & jewelry. gemstonebeads.co.in makes
it possible for you to buy these products from almost anywhere in
the world. Through this service, you can order from the wide range
of items shown on the site. The products will be delivered at the
address given by you, according to your specifications.
2. How can I place an order/make the payment?
You are requested to follow the following steps to place your order:
- Identify an item of your choice from our online product catalog.
- Fill in the quantity and add it to your shopping cart using
"Add to Cart" button
- Once you have added all the products you wish to buy, click
on Checkout button
- You will be prompted to verify your order and proceed further
for giving your Personal details, billing and shipping information.
3. Add to Cart is disabled or not working
?
This could be due to product out of stock or product that are samples.
These products will be put under production soon or on special order.
4. Can I phone or fax my order?
We accept retail orders generated ONLINE ONLY. At present, we do
not offer a facility for order by phone or order by fax. However,
we do accept WHOLESALE ORDERS through e-mail at orders@gemstonebeads.co.in
5. How do you accept Payments?
Due to risk of theft and insecurity of the Credit Card Number,
We currently only accept payments through Telegraphic Transfer (TT),
or Demand Draft (DD).
6. How do I feel sure that you have
correctly registered the order placed?
After you have placed the order, you will get an e-mail confirming
each order registered with us. Please check your e-mail and if you
want any correction, you are requested to get in touch with us at
customercare@gemstonebeads.co.in
7. Are the items dispatched as per
the display on webpage?
Since our products are handmade, the product specifications (weight,
size, color etc.) mentioned with the product photos are only approximate.
Hence, there may be a slight variation in the pictures and the respective
products. SilStone, in its absolute discretion, may deliver
a similar / alternate product for reasons or exigencies beyond its
control. At the same time gemstonebeads.co.in will make
all possible efforts to make its services delightful for you.
Note: Accessories shown (if any) are not a part of the product
unless specified. They may or may not be shipped with the product.
8. How much time do you take to
deliver after the payment has been made?
We take 7-10 days for shipping the products from our warehouse,
after confirmation of your order. The courier agency (ex.- DHL, FedEx,
EMS) will require additional time to deliver the products to you.
This would vary from destination to destination.
9. What is the mode of delivery?
Delivery of orders is made through renowned courier services like -
DHL, FedEx, EMS.
10. How do I know that my gift
has been dispatched?
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order,
as soon as the items are handed over to the courier agency, along
with the Consignment number under which it has been shipped. If
you want to call the courier agency, to follow up, you can use this
number.
Confirmation through e-mail shall be sent to you after your gift
has been dispatched. You may also receive duplicates of the confirmation
e-mail; this is to make sure that u get the mail.
11. Where all can Silstone deliver
products?
Silstone can deliver items to almost all the major countries. You
may place orders from anywhere in the world by making payment.

12. Can I cancel an order after
it is submitted?
You can cancel only those orders which have not yet left our premises.
Once the Order leave our premises, we will not be able to cancel
your order. To cancel your order mail to orders@gemstonebeads.co.in
with subject “Cancel request: and your transction number”.
Example- “Cancel Request: 0608/12/45”.

14. Return Policy
Goods once dispatched shall not be returned on any grounds. However,
in case you may have any complaints regarding the products delivered,
